As you all might know, posting Friend Codes on boards and PTs on ACC
is against the rules, here's a way to do it using ACC's Friend Code Request system.
Now that everything you have is done, just go on any of ACC's boards and looks for the 'WiFi" icon on a user's top right
corner of their post. You can also find the 'WiFI' icon in their profiles.
Note: The 'WiFi' icon was previously a 'DS' symbol icon.
Note: Before sending a FCR, it's better if you send that member a PT.
Now, as a final step, all you'll have to do is type in the messagge you want to appear as your "Request" messagge.
Then, click submit and your request will be sent to the member.
Notes/Questions•
How many Friend Code Requests can I get?The answer is an infinite amount. I myself have 1000+ FCRs, so there is really no limit to it.
•
I sent a request but the other member's FC doesn't appear in the "My Friend Codes" zone, why?Sometimes users don't accept your FCR, either because they have too many or they do not WiFi anymore.
Be sure to read the member's sig/profile before you send one. It's best to PT the person about it.
•
How do I know a new FCR has been sent to me?It's easy, you will get an alert similiar to the PT one saying "X number FCRs" in red letters.
•
Can you have more than a FC being sent to a member?Of course! Although you cannot have multiple ACWW Fcs, you can surely send
multiple FCs for example: Mario Kart and ACWW.
As long as you add them to your "WiFi settings" all your information will be sent once the member
accepts your request.
•
If someone sends me a FCR, can I deny it?The answer is yes, if someone sends you one, just don't accept it
and you won't get the user's FC and they don't get yours.
•
How do I know if it's safe to WiFi with a member?Usually, it's better if you WiFi with people/members you know
for quite some time. If not, just be sure to look at their WiFi ratings found in their profile (orange stars) and look for 5 stars and many ratings to be on the safe side.
VocabFC = Friend Code
FCR = Friend Code Request
WFC = WiFi Connection
Closing of my guide...Hope this has been helpful for you.
